We are seriously so thankful and grateful for your help and support in our adoption process as well as our ministry. We are excited to announce that...
We are going back to Uganda very soon!!
We finally got our first court date!! We will travel to Uganda on two separate trips to finalize our adoption process. We are absolutely elated. Thank you for all the love and support that has gotten us through the long wait and all the struggles! We met our son over 5 years ago, and to say we are ecstatic is an understatement. Parenthood here we come!
It has been so wonderful to partner with our friends in Uganda,(who we now consider family) in this ministry. We have learned so much from each other, and been able to change lives on a level we never imagined. We have come a long way, and the challenges along the way have helped us grow. Your contributions to our childrens home and school have lifted up vulnerable children not only in our home but also in the community. THANK YOU. We are currently trying to finish our electricity project, and fundraising to implement a bore hole project to bring clean water to the home and school.
God has been so good to us. He made a way where there was no way, and he surrounded us with a community of support that shined a light during the dark times where we were losing hope. Your love, prayers, generosity and kindness has rippled out into the world in the most wonderful way, changing so many lives for the better. A lot of our supporters have contributed to both our adoption and ministry, and we see our donors as a community of support and friendship, so we thought we would combine this update so everyone can see what is going on with us and hear the news. : )
We are currently fundraising for the water project, plane tickets and travel expenses. Anyone who wants to help with this can mail a check or use our paypal link: paypal.me/beautifulpursuit. We are planning for our first trip to be Oct 23- Nov 12! Our court date is October 30. Please pray for us!!! This is such a big transition phase for us. In becoming a family, and in transitioning into the next 5 years of ministry.
